I snagged this recipe in 2008 from the bartender at P.F. Chang’s in New Year’s. I remember it well because I spent all of 2009 drinking them (very necessary, of course) right after the collapse of the economy, among other things. Bad times. I can’t believe I still have this printout 10 years later stuffed away in a small notebook, but here we are.

 

  • .75 oz Captain Morgan’s Spiced Rum
  • .75 oz Malibu Rum
  • 1 oz Blue Curacao
  • 2 oz Orange Juice
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • Splash of Sprite
  • Garnish Lemon and Lime Squeezed — Dropped in
